Know what the system does.

Manaforge is an athlete organization, tracking and educational platform. You can bring training, nutrition, progress, self-entered health information, lab records and protocol records into one place to organize and review your history.

WHAT IT IS

A record of your work.

A place to organize the information you choose to enter and see it alongside other parts of your athlete history.

WHAT IT IS NOT

Not medical care.

Manaforge is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, emergency medical services or individualized treatment from a qualified clinician.

Useful context. Human judgment.

AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Independently verify important health information rather than relying on a response as the final word.

For high-risk health decisions, involve an appropriate qualified professional who can consider your individual circumstances.

Keep the distinction clear. A response informed by the history in your account is still AI-generated information, not a diagnosis or a treatment plan.

Organize without overreading.

Manaforge helps you organize and review user-entered health information and lab records. A source lab's reference intervals should remain distinguishable from Manaforge's educational context. A number or trend in the app does not independently establish a diagnosis.

  • Labs and health records. Read results alongside the original report and discuss questions about interpretation with an appropriate clinician.
  • Protocol tracking. Record schedules, organize entries and revisit history. Tracking a protocol is not a recommendation to start, stop or change one.

Read the evidence, not just the headline.

Research Notes are educational articles, separate from individualized care. Where a note includes sources or review information, use those details to understand what supports a claim and whether the material has been reviewed. Source and review statuses should not be mistaken for a clinical endorsement.

Get the right kind of help.
