This is the public version of the policy that governs the Manaforge athlete application.
1. Who We Are
Manaforge is operated by Manaforge Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
2. Information We Collect
- Account data — username, display name, and optional email address you provide at registration.
- Health & fitness data — workout sessions, sets, weights, nutrition logs, body measurements, and physique photos you voluntarily enter.
- Bloodwork data — lab marker values you manually enter or upload for personal tracking purposes.
- Compound logs — supplement and compound schedules you create for personal record-keeping.
- Telegram account — if you choose to link your Telegram account, we store your Telegram user ID to enable bot features.
- Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps) for security and debugging.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the app's features.
- To power AI-assisted analysis of data you submit (bloodwork analysis, nutrition estimation, training coaching).
- To send Telegram notifications you explicitly configure.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use your health data for advertising.
4. AI Processing
When you use AI features (bloodwork analysis, food photo scanning, coaching chat), your input is sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) for processing. This data is subject to OpenAI's privacy policy. Coach conversation history may be stored with your account so you can continue and review conversations.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secured servers. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). While we take reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure — use the app at your own risk.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
- Account data — account information and account-owned content, including workouts, nutrition, health records, bloodwork, photos, schedules, Coach conversations, and uploaded files, are kept while your account is active so we can provide the service.
- Records you delete — deleting an individual record removes it from the active service. Deleting your account permanently removes your account and account-owned data from active systems.
- Backups — residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until overwritten through the normal backup-rotation process. Backups are used only for disaster recovery, not ordinary product operations.
- Service logs — security and service logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, debugging, and legal compliance, then deleted or de-identified.
- Required records — we may retain limited information when required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce agreements. Third-party processors may retain data according to their own policies and our service instructions.
7. Your Rights
- Access — you can view all your data within the app.
- Correction — you can edit your data at any time.
- Deletion — you can permanently delete your account and all associated data via Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
- Export — contact us to request a data export.
8. Children
This app is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
