Keep the record. Keep the context.
Your lab records are easier to discuss when they are dated, organized and findable. Keep user-held results with the rest of your athlete history, while leaving clinical interpretation to your healthcare professional.
Not a lab provider or diagnostic service. Genuine application UI ยท synthetic sample data.

The workflow
Less hunting through old files.
Lab values without dates, sources or units can be difficult to compare. Good record keeping makes it easier to bring the right information to a qualified professional.
Enter your own records
Keep results from tests you already have in one private place. Manaforge does not order or perform testing.
Preserve details
Keep dates and source information with entries so a value does not become detached from its original context.
Review responsibly
Use the history to prepare questions; rely on a clinician for interpretation and medical decisions.
Personal records
Results are more useful with their source.
A number alone is not a conclusion. Dates, units, reference ranges and the originating report matter when discussing a result. Keep your own record together without turning the app into a diagnosis.
Result history
Keep prior entries accessible.
Source context
Retain information about where results came from.
Trend view
See recorded values over time.
Athlete context
Keep records near other logged changes.

Lab safety boundary
Organization is not interpretation.
Results require clinical context, appropriate reference ranges and sometimes follow-up testing. A chart cannot tell you whether a value is safe, diagnose a condition or recommend treatment.
Frequently asked
Lab tracking FAQ
Does Manaforge run lab tests?
No. It is a place to organize user-held records from testing you obtained elsewhere. It does not collect samples or issue lab reports.
Can a trend tell me whether I have a condition?
No. Recorded values may differ by lab, units, method and circumstances. A qualified clinician should interpret results in the context of your health.
Why keep the original source with a result?
The original report and its date, units and reference information help avoid misreading a value detached from its context.
